So happy, dresses were good Quality. I bought 2 dresses. they were all beautiful as shown in picture and as expected. just get wrinkles during the delivery. However they become good after ironed. overall good shopping. thank you!

I have placed orders from Bridalady. most often I have faced issues with their dispatch and delivery timelines. Customer care is supportive but cannot figure the shipment problem out. They have good attitude but can't solve my problem.They will assure you that the complaint has been raised and that an email will send to me soon. something like that. Hope the delivery speed could improve.

the dress came today. colors beautiful and well packaged, but the dress was crumpled on top. Its pleats are not neatly arranged. We love this dress Just hope it could be done better. Seller was very kindly to communicate . good result though!
