One of my bridesmaid dress are made too small and I am willing to change for another one. but they refused as said It was over 3 days to exchange dresses. You may have a loyal customer but you alienate them!

I bought 4 dresses, all has a great shape on chest ,2 of them need to be adjusted on length and waist. overall of great quality.
