The dress came the wron color. I immediately notified the customer service but was informedthe dress was tailored and couldn't be returned. I order a standard size dress that I ordered on 27th of February and received on the 8th of March. It's suppose to take at least 15 days to make the dress and 3-5 to ship but when i explained this concept I was treated like I didn't know math. I even informed them that the dress had snags but they ignored that. So now I have a dress that's the wrongColor and can't even wear it out in my closest that the people won't allow me to return.

Products were good but you might have to pay taxes when you receive your purchased goods. their customer service is OK if you have any complaints about your purchase they responsed fast. I think the dresses were worth a try.

They help you with fast replied within 24hours, shipping can come fast than expected, but if you want them to send the products quickly you better to order the expedited shipping, if it is not a hurry to get it just keep patient to wait.
