I just want to thank Bridalady for this beautiful wedding dress! I ordered this dress September 28 and received it October 22nd which was pretty accurate according to their expected time for the dress to be tailored and shipped. As my order was processing I changed my mind about the color of the dress a week after i had put in my order. Instead of ivory I wanted white and the customer service representative was great at answering my questions and she made sure the change was submitted and updated. I am so satisfied with choosing Bridalady to shop with! I just wanted to say that this is a REAL SITE WITH REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES AND THE DRESSES LOOK JUST LIKE LIKE THE PICTURES!
