Q:What's Your Return policy?

We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or standard size which we made right, but we offer free modify. 
Please see following for the list of quality issues that are fully refundable for: 
Wrong Size, Wrong Colour, Wrong style, Damaged dress- 100% Refund or remake one or return 50% payment to you, you keep the dress.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide: 
1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving the dress (please let us know if you have some exceptional case in advance) 
2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and colour etc. 
3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted. 
4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued. 
5. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive. 
6. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress. 
7. When you return the package to us, please pay attention to the following points, if not, customers should pay for the duty: 
we put all of our energy and mind into each dress, each of our dress are full of love, our long experience and skilled craftsmanship keep less return rate till now, but if there are our problems, we could return all your payment.

Q: What's Your Cancellation policy?

- Unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically after 5 days. 
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Q:How Can you make sure dress will be fit well?

Our dresses run true to size,
If dresses are standard size, we will put them into dummy to check before sending, only dresses fit dummy well, then we can send them well;
For custom size dresses, each dresses will be checked at least 4 times by 4 different workers before sending, we can control error less than 0.5''
So don't worry about measurement, there are seam allowance in both side of dresses, it could be 3'' taken in or out if measurement provided is not accurate.
There are no extra cost to do custom size and color here.

Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

A: Yes, there are no extra cost to do custom size and color here, please contact with us before you place order.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’s color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor’s display settings.

A: Yes,we can make dresses according your color and size,just leave your custom information in the notes, then we will know how to custom make it for you.
