I am writing this message regarding a dress I ordered on the Bridalady website a few weeks ago. As soon as I received it, I immediately contacted the customer service to notice them that the color of the dress was dark than the original picture. with, of course, supporting evidence attached to the mail. They promised the next time reductions for my purchase. as I do need another a dress in near future so I accept the solution hey provided. and this time they do give me the discount that I need. I am happy. trust seller.

I was surprised by their low price also. but the most surprise is when I receive the dress, the quality is so beyond the expectation! two layer of firm fabric, wear comfortable. I have ordered this dress and they told me that it will take 3 to 4 weeks to reach but it has already been mentioned in website hence negligible. after a month or so I received my wedding dress. it's so beautiful and well making! No flaws at all, love it!
