Your customer service has patiently contacted me on several occasions explaining where i went wrong, i was so impressed by how much they actually cared for me to get the right size. Making several adjustments to my initial order didnt stop it from arriving on time to the other side of the world, my order was on planned schedule, beautifully packed and as for the dress....I was breathless when i first saw it, and couldnt wait to try it on. It fit perfect, very light, yet so detailed with a gorgeous Chapel train, made me feel an instant princess! It took three weeks to get the item, very quick. Dress is beautiful, but it is a little bit bigger. I am not going to buy the petticoat because I think it's just beautiful when the skirt naturally fell in the ground. The dress length is too long without petticoat, but it's fine with high heel shoes. It's overall good dress, beautiful and good quality for the price.

The dress is gorgeous! Though processing time was long, the result is perfect. I am so happy about the dress. It is beautiful, just like the photos. It is also surprising sturdy. I guess with fabrics it described it might be more flimsy but it turn out very firm. the material and worksmanship feel decidedly solid in my hands. The material is not easy to fall apart. I get some minor alterations on waist and hip as it has many space below but I love the dress! It's my best purchase!!

I ordered this a month ago and it finally came today. I slipped into the dress and had my sister lace up the back, which had to be laced as tight as the dress would allow for it to fit me. The length was great, it wasn't too short or too long to make you can't walk in it. I'm 5'9", I ordered 10, and it is a little smaller than the usual size. but I love the dress and it's wearable. That's just awesome! well worth the money.
