I fell in love with my dress, but I am not satisfied with their service. their staff are not professional. The staff was send emails to me to confirm my order but I did not see it. Until they call me after 4 days I ordered I know my dress are not even on preparing. they waste so many of my times and keep me waiting and waiting. I now understand why their shipment is slow. Lucky for me is that no alterations were needed on the dress or It may not catch up with the wedding. l ordered bridesmaid dresses here again and I am pressing for my products.
